More countryside days!
To the countryside on the weekend. It's a good tradition. The summer is wonderful. Warm. Quite hot. Sunny. The sky is bright. Almost cloudless. The clouds draw beautiful patterns in the sky. What rain? Heat. And countryside time. Time to relax. A long vacation on the weekend. Once a week. Forest-themed. In the fields.
The countryside in summer is wonderful. Joyful. And there's plenty to do. Gardening. And a good mood. This time I continued planting flowers. I planted a lot. I looked at what's grown. The only thing I haven't grown since last time is the snapdragon. But everything else is growing. Snapdragons are these thin, tall plants in their early stages. They're thin. With very small, even microscopic leaves. Which easily burn in the sun. And the root is tiny, too. Everything else is growing. Luckily.
Overall, the garden is already taking shape. I've planted a lot already. During the first month of summer. And May was still warm. The garden is already filling up. And I'm planting more. I'm developing new areas of the garden. A little to the side here. A little to the side there. I've already started to squeeze in from another corner. Last year the garden was smaller. This is my summer progress. And across the path I have another part of the garden. There were zinnias there. But they didn't survive either. The grass overgrew them. The grass is much taller than them. I haven't been to the countryside. And I didn't remove the grass. It took over a lot of space there. And everything is overgrown. You have to remove the grass every time and look after the garden. The grass needs to be mowed or pulled and removed once a week.
I've planted a lot of things. I don't even know all the names. I got confused at the seedling stage. But a lot of things. I also added asters. I recognize them now. The cornflower is still new. Marigolds are one of those. That's something I know. Something else is labeled. Castor oil plant. It turns out it's a whole tree. A shrub. Evening primrose. A beautiful flower, in theory. We'll see what's left next week. But overall, the garden is filling up. In the spot where the zinnias didn't survive because of the grass, I planted more zinnias. There are more. And daisies. And something else. It's labeled as daisies. But I think it might be something else.
This time,
I finished my planting chores normally. I wasn't tired. And I didn't get
sunburned. Then I just relaxed. It is summer, after all. I wandered around the countryside
plot. Relaxed. Looked at the sky. At the grass. And everything around. A
wonderful time. Calm. Warm. The best time. Almost like childhood. Just as fun
and positive. Excellent. Cool! So, walking around the garden. Sitting on the
steps. Just like before, when that was enough to stay positive. The sun helps.
Everything is growing.
Then I
turned on the computer for the first time. The one at the countryside. And
started something there. For about 10 minutes. It was Heroes of Might and Magic
1. The first map. Such a fantasy world. I drank delicious tea. Delicious
chicken soup. Oatmeal. That too. So leisurely. Several times a day. Delicious!
And the tea was so delicious after the heat.
Then I was
back in the garden. I didn't even play that much. I was just in the garden.
Walking back and forth. And summer. Real summer. The one I'd been waiting for
all year. As Dad said, now the real summer has begun, weather-wise. So I was
just enjoying the summer and such a day in a world of greenery.
And in the
evening, I was thinking about replanting the carrots. But it's difficult. I
planted them too densely. You shouldn't do that. I just dug up some soil. I got
tired too. And went to bed. You get even more tired. And you fall asleep
faster, too. A great summer weekend!
There was
time in the garden and rest. And I even made it to the computer as a kind of
rest. If only for a little while. And back to the garden! I was sitting on the
steps there. It was a wonderful vacation. I wish there were more days
like this!
