My sunny spot in the garden
This summer I had a garden. And I'm so happy about it. This is what I was aiming for. To grow a garden. I'm talking about the summer of 2025. Now I can happily write about my garden. Not about how I grew the plants. And I did that carefully. Not knowing everything how to do it. But just to write about my summer garden.
I was very surprised somewhere around the last week of July. Or even earlier. I'm writing from memory. Yes, several weeks earlier. The second half of July. How the green leaves and green stems began to turn into flowers. Real flowers! And I didn't even know how beautiful they were!
I don't
remember which came first. Asters or Sprite Zinnias, or Vesyolye Rebyata
Dahlias. Or Marigolds. But they started appearing, and every week I was amazed.
By the new plants. Before, they were just green things. Like grass. And now
there were flowers. Wow!
The asters have bloomed in the corner of the garden. I planted each flower in its own spot. Several of them. They are very colorful. A variety of colors. And extremely beautiful. These flowers are not very tall. But they are very beautiful. A huge number of them have grown. A whole bunch. I planted them so well!
In the
center are several large flowers. Yellow. These are marigolds. They are large.
And yellow. Massive, even by the standards of my garden. A nice yellow color.
Like a lemon. Several plants. But they are large.
The asters are smaller, but there are a lot of them. And the marigolds seem larger, and I have several of them. On the side, on another side. Opposite the window, near the fence. In the sunny side. I planted a Dahlia called "Veselye Rebyata." These are very tall plants. With a large flower. With petals. And the colors are very varied. They grow very well. Big and tall and large. And the colors are varied and beautiful. It was a pleasant surprise to see them in the garden. They take up a decent part of the garden.
I think I'll plant even more of them this year, 2026. On the other hand, I have Sprite Zinnias. They're also small flowers. With a rather funny pattern. A funny flower. I really like them too. I also love computer games. Like the Dendy console. 8-bit cartridges and MS-DOS. So sprites—that's a great name. I played some computer games in the house. And then I went out into the garden. And there were sprites there too. Just a plant. Sprite Zinnias. Someone just called it that. It's small. Low-growing flowers.
I also planted lupines. I see how well they grow. On their own. A perennial. I took some for myself and planted them. We'll see what happens in 2026. When the time comes to look at the garden. I'm looking forward to that moment. I also have corn, radishes, and lettuce.
And I walk through my garden. Or just look at this beauty. That's how I spend my time at the dacha. A sunny day. It's beautiful. And the garden is very beautiful. I'm strolling along the small paths in the garden. I watch everything grow. And I admire the beautiful plants.
Flowers are
so beautiful, I didn't even expect it. The garden is my 2025 project. I'm
walking in my little garden. In front of the little house. Well, about the
entire length of the house. If you look out the window, that's where my garden
is. And beyond that, there's the fence.
I'm walking
in the garden. I'm looking at the flowers. How different they are. How many
different colors they have. What shapes. What sizes. Everything is different.
And it seems there are so many of them that it's impossible to count them.
