Two packs with strings – elixir and orphee

I never left my music exercises. I continue. But, I am not ready yet to make a records or do performance. This is rather long road. But, last year, I remember, that I buy a new strings for bass guitar. First time, in my life! They are so big packs. They are bigger with size than for electroguitar. Strings – it is such a thing! You need always to have some in backpack.

So, once a year. I update my strings pack. One pack for electro guitar. And, one pack for bass guitar. So, it maybe, it become a every year tradition. To buy a strings pack. I was surprised again, that pack for electroguitar is small and compact. And for bass – so huge packets.

About electro guitar I go for Elixir. Such a blue color. Light. Size 10-46. So, what the way I use it. Right now, I play with the strings are preset for guitar already since last year. I don’t remember. So, as a real fact, last year, it was a first this kind experience. Nothing scary. So, when time will come – so a set this Elixir light. Such a blue beautiful pack. It is very beautiful! I like it! Visual experience and feelings are meaning a lot!

I remembered a story. This not my first try to learn music. Far from the first. Last years I try. As I can. But nothing works for me. Saying truth. But. it was a moment. So. one day, once winter day, I went into little guitar store. Simply, it was near to my place. So, I went in. I was lost, absolutely. I do not know, what I need. I need strings. But what certain - I do not know. I am not big expert with this theme. I stay and watch. I try to start to understand something. It is some seconds in wait.

Seller. Young guy. With low haircut. He asks.

- What do you need? - Kind way he asked. Calm.

I speak.

Me - strings. So, for this money I have, I need a strings.

Seller answered.

- Well, it does not matter about money, quality of how you play it does not about money. How long do you play?

I speak.

- I do not play. Speaking the truth.

Seller speaks.

So, these are not expensive. And light strings. For start and learning they are enough.

It was low price for me. I even shed a tears. Not every day, with your life way, good people are before you. And, it was low price. Thanks to a seller, as I can say.

So, I remember this story. I change for light strings. Not expensive. I need to learn and learn. Even to play stupid rock – it is hard. Even, rhythm part with several chords. But, it is a thing about practice.

Bass guitar. So, I take strings too. Firm Orphee. It has so music title. I take them last year. Maybe, even same model. But, last year, it was first time. I do not remember. But, as ideas, same kind. Approximately. These are electric bass strings. Good tone and medium. Strings 40 60 80 100. Well, so light blue pack. Good looking bright color. And so big packet.

Well, bass has 4 strings. Main thing - not to forget. Model package Orphee electric bass guitar string VX120. VX120. So, this is a model. Orphee. It is so musical! Or something similar. And, now, I am playing same strings from last year. And, when it comes the time to change strings – so, I set this new pack.

With bass guitar I do not have a story. So, 2023 year I grab a bass I wanted so much. But, well, when I buy it is was with little paper note. From previous owner. It is written with notebook paper. I remember it right now.

So, it was also a good and kind seller. It is always a little positive! I am not big about this theme. And with those string I played for sure. So, during summer I change them. And time to connect instrument – it is not yet to come. I am learning now start moments.

Strings – valuable resource. As for electroguitarist, as for bass guitarist. So, I smooth. So, I am now reach point - about practice with change strings. I play regular. Once a year, I do prevention of strings. To change them. Because of - I play it! And this is main! Strings – they are so beautiful! So little positive!
