Silva - vhs

 

As you understand, I am a fan of retro theme. And besides computer theme. Also, I have interest in another technics. I cannot say, that I can repair it. It is a sad point - I cannot to repair it. I am a user and a fan. And I don’t skip theme about vhs records. So, I cannot stand still, and buy some metal garbage. In a terms, of un working vhs player. The thing is, I like a lot theirs design. Vhs players from 80s - are big massive metal boxes. In the same style - xbox console. I like it also. And xbox is also was compared with vhs player.

 So, I have about a retro theme – a vhs player. Not working. It is Silva Svr4812w. It has a label HQ also. It is a standard for upgraded quality for VHS. VHS HQ is supported. And it is also a full automatic video cassette recorder. As it is written at the front side. I take it because it has a cool look. I have seen this style. And I like it a lot!

But it is a little thing, it does not work. It has a broken parts inside. It is a complicated thing. How does it take a cassette, how it use a lent, and how lent goes back. A lot of mechanics and details. So, I open the box – to watch what’s inside. So, about a retro – I show this.

So, I was interested in this device, because its looks. And it stands at the shelf and collect dust, now. Maybe one day I get brain upgrade at 1000 %  and even get able to repair it.  It is a joke, of course.  But even at such state – it is a cool thing.

And I have also another not working vhs player – Electronic VMC 8220. So, I get advice in the network to change one part. And I have some details at home. And that’s all for today. And I have also a working vhs player - Panasonic NV-SD-400. I have already watched some vhs cassettes.
